Old Trafford Trip

Visiting the Home of Manchester United 

Year 9 BTEC PE students from Leeds City Academy spent the day on the other side of the Pennines visiting Old Trafford last week.

They went on a tour behind the scenes of the home of Manchester United and were able to walk out of the tunnel and sit in the dugouts- this was a really inspirational experience for the students.

In the stadium, the group listened to a guest speaker, who reinforced the importance of attitude, education and nutrition for the upcoming professional footballers at Manchester United.

Mr Hill said: “The students thoroughly enjoyed the day and represented Leeds City Academy very well.”
