Year 10 On-Site Achievements
At Leeds City Academy we feel it is extremely important to celebrate the fantastic work our Year 10 students are completing on-site.
Congratulations to the following students who have shown fantastic dedication and progress whilst completing learning on-site.
Student Spotlight
- Benadicta, Amelia and Olivia (Year 10) for completing outstanding work at home and in school for Health and Social Care.
- Blessing (Year 10) for having an amazing, positive attitude and engagement in core learning on-site. Blessing is a joy to teach.
- Alexandra (Year 10) for having an amazing, positive attitude and engagement in core learning on-site. Alexandra is a credit to and great role model to the GRT community and student cohort.
- Mateusz (Year 10) showed great resilience in the sports and fitness session on-site, gaining and achieving level 11 in the challenging bleep test. Sportsmanship displayed congratulating and supporting others who were challenging his record. Well done Matty!
- Alishah (Year 10) showed great determination and resilience when he attended Leeds City Academy. He quickly engaged himself in all activities and learning. Well done!
- Godwin (Year 10) has been planting and growing vegetables since lockdown. Well done.
- Maybel (Year 10) for showing incredible engagement during lockdown. Maybel has produced exceptional pieces of work showing very creative ideas and development.
- Yosan (Year 10) has completed fantastic work on-site in textiles.
- Kloe (Year 10) completed some great work on-site in Health and Social Care.
- Damaris (Year 10) wowed Ms Woods with her knowledge recall in History.
- Dastan (Year 10)has clearly been working hard during lockdown and wowed Mr Halpin with her effort and ability to recall information in History.
- Diana (Year 10) has been working hard to catch up the work she's missed and has made great use of GCSE Pod in History.
